If you run a roofing business, you know the slow stretches and the rush. Incheslady Roofing is a referral service that sends homeowner calls to independent providers. Most of those homeowners are asking about new roofs and full replacements.

This is not a job posting. There are no staff positions here. It is a way for independent contractors to get in front of homeowners in Yelm and across the Yelm area.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for local roofing contractors who:

• Focus on roof replacement and new installations
• Work in wood-frame housing, from older craftsman homes to newer townhomes
• Understand wet-climate roofing, including moss, damp and wind
• Run their own crews and handle their own scheduling

Storm and hail damage work is welcome too, as long as you can speak clearly to full replacement when that is the right answer.

What Do We Expect?

Homeowners come to us with questions, and your answers matter. We expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses, bonding and insurance that local rules require
• Give honest, written quotes
• Explain the scope, materials and timeline in plain language
• Treat homeowners with respect, with no pressure tactics
• Never promise insurance outcomes or make claims you cannot back up

Providers do the work, so providers own the result. We simply make the introduction.

We review each request and reply with next steps. Openings can depend on the area and on how many providers are already in the network.
